About Me

I am a writer, translator, therapist and teacher based in Switzerland. Working in many domains has provided me with valuable experience in a variety of ways. This enables me to offer services in several different fields. The following milestones give an overview of my career to date, but you will find more details throughout the site and I am always delighted to discuss your particular needs with you.

1982

The Samaritains (La Main Tendue)

Trained as a listener with the Samaritans in Switzerland. Worked with them and their equivalent in Belgium for four years.
1987

Reflexology (diploma from the Bayly School)

This set me on the road to a life-long interest in complementary medicine.
1988

Holistic Massage

Provided the basis of body work.
1988

Lymphatic Drainage (an introduction to Dr Vodder’s method)

Understanding the lymph system and its function has been of great help to me in the work I do now.

Champissage (Indian Head Massage)

A practical course with Narendra Mehta which enabled me to feel comfortable working on the head and face.

Holistic Healing (diploma from the Scottish Holistic Healers Association)

This deepened my interest in energy and its power to aid the healing process.
